Hi all,

Just extended my family to include Betty, my first venture into the world of owning a T2.
Thought it would be good to join up and see what's happening out there.... With fellow owners.

Will be at Malvern over the weekend checking things out.....
(Looking for some help with adding seatbelts and a rear facing seat)

Here's to a long and happy new life for Betty!

welcome and congratulations! :)

You've come to the right place, personally I've found the help of these guys here invaluable..

Liam.

Yes - it's all a bit daunting starting out...

...everyone appears to know everything about anything out in the big wide world - it's only when you examine what they say, you realise that most of them are bluffers!

Thought I'd come to a place where people know what they are talking about, and do it for real - for themselves!

The only rule on here is that you have to supply lots of pics :D

Welcome aboard - now about those pics............

Welcome and I hope you have fun with the bus.
Is it an import or a UK bus?

Oh and pics please! It's da law...

Hi,
...and thanks for the welcome...

Betty is a UK Bus, RHD and has been looked after by her previous family, meaning we just have to keep her in shape and add our touches....

Having said that, and having visited Busfest yesterday, the touches may well include a inside reupholster ( although she was done last year) and possibly a new paint job early next year..... Along with her new curtains purchased at the show....So much for not going to need to spend too much on her!

I'll get some pics posted shortly..........

Lee
