Oil leak above oil pressure switch

So doing my checks today. Again noticed oil below the pressure switch so had a good look and noticed oil above as well does seem to be creeping from anywhere else so I’m hoping it’s just yet another crap switch. I used PTFE to fit the latest so I’m wondering if someone in the past has over tightened and damaged the case in the past

You need to make sure you have the switch with the tapered thread. Make sure you don't over tighten it. Schofields do them from memory.

That small depressed disc above the oil pressure switch is a gallery plug, it's probably this that's leaking when the engine gets hot.
There's a couple of us on here with the same issue at the moment.
