I am coming to sell at Busfest again this year from California and I need to reserve my sales pitch in the next few days.
My options are 5X15 outdoor or 6X6 indoor.
It has never rained in the few Vanfest or Busfest I have attended in the last few years but that is always a possibility.

Does anybody have any experience selling at both locations , I was outdoors last year and it was good but want to hear what you guys think about the indoor sales area.

I will be trading Aircooled Accessories (AAC) , a few other new bits plus some vintage coolers , american license plates , radio flyers and other loose used parts.

Both plot sizes give me enough space to trade but with the outdoor plot I can camp in the same location , where do the indoors people camp ?

Hi Juan

If you go indoors in the Wye Halls, theres a camping field behind that is for traders only

Juan,

Judging by the British weather so far this year -indoor might be your best bet!
Been raining almost constantly so far this "Summer"

Meanwhile we are going thru a heat wave here in California , it's been a constant 100 degrees where I work for the past couple of weeks.
I am so ready for cooler whether , but not wet

Hello Chap,
Having worked on the trade control for many years and attended for more than I care to remember... I would go out-doors, greater foot fall and less jewellery stalls being my reasoning. I feel that the part hunter would head for the area from the sheep sheds down and around trade control. It is a big enough show though, so can't imagine you would find yourself without people finding their way to you.

Traders tend to book straight after the show, so it is a bit of a lottery as to where there will be a space, think JK on the corner and the strawberry chap opposite....

There is nothing wrong with in-doors though and as stated the weather can swing it. Saying that I only remember a couple of wash-outs.
