Passenger seat front mount

Does the passenger seat have a front mount, or is it just held on by the two clips at the back?

My wheel well has a heavily rusted catch type thing on the front, but by looking at the below pic, it looks more like a holder for the jack?

That catch in the middle of the pic?

Its held on by the 2 w shaped things at either side and then the catch at the back of the seat that 'clips' to the bulkhead

Cheers for the advice,

Ill just cut the front jack mount off as its ruined anyway and I wont be using it. Sick of ripping my overalls on it lol!
