Problem with frontbeam

I have a problem with the frontbeam, the last owner welded some rust in the beam and decided that it would be a good idea to weld the eight bolts that hold it in place so now i dont now how to do. I need to take it of the bus.
And now i need some help with what to do.

sounds like a job for an angle grinder. you could cut through the weld and unbolt them.a pic would help to see how they have been welded.

pics pls . If the bolt heads are damaged after the welds have been ground out you may have to weld a bolt to each bolt head to try and get them undone, some people eh :twisted:
