quater window Glass removal

The quater windows on say the sliding door window can the glasss be removed from the frame?

If Yes, any tips/advice on how to do this?

yeah is bonded in you just need to cut the mastic like stuff out then when you put it back in try getting hold of some windscreen sealant.....
