Hi all,

am taking the bus for its first week surfing to Devon this Saturday. My upholstry guy tells me last night that one of the contiuous S shaped springs in the seat part of the drivers seat has broken in two places and cannot be repaired. Has anyone got one, know of how to get one within the next day or so?

thanks for your help.

WHS^ electrical block connectors (sturdy ones though, small ones snap around the screw thread as you tighten. I have seen them welded however it is said that the tensile nature of the spring is weakened due to the heat from the welding.

Try 'traffic trim' 07795 183375,he replaced a couple on mine with new springs, however it was done to a bare seat frame.

I broke one of mine (fat arse!) and welded it back together. Been fine for years now 8)
