Ok so here are my rear heater pipes. I am thinking of removing the tube connectors and welding a solid cover plate instead. Reason for this is that we just had our first outing this year (fantastic weekend at three cliffs campsite in the Gower) and the pipes were open on the way back and the kids were nearly cooked alive. I've made sure that all my exchangers pipe connecters etc are all working fine and i do get heat up front to the windscreen and floor and the front of the cargo bay (between the driver/passneger seats) when i switch the relevant levers. we dont use the bus too much in the winter so should i block them off and have more heat going upfront? How have you guys done it?
