Hi.
I’ve got a 71 westie USA import.
It’s not quite stock at the front as the beam in welded an not adjustable. But it’s close and fine. I was finding it a tad bouncy on the front and bought some Koni adjustable dampers, expensive but the change is remarkable,
I have had the rear raised to almost stock and whilst I don’t experience problems the difference I found with the front makes me want to do similar. I have researched Koni and they don’t seem to do a rear damper……any suggestions.
Thanks

I'm quite interested in this, are they much of a difference to the standard shocks as there is a big cost difference?

I can’t compare any of the other brands, as I bought them to replace old worn out shock absorbers fitted when I got the bus. I chose Koni because the good recommendations on this and other forums. They weren’t the most expensive option although certainly not the cheapest.
I can say after 7 years or so they are still working great and I hope I never need to replace them again !
