Put the stick about 45 degrees back, press the stick down making sure the pin on the stick is in the rod cup (put fresh grease in the cup) and once you have got it in, get the stick vertical keeping pressure on it so it don't pop back up. Once you got that, bolt the housing down and then your in. You might want to cable tie the spring because it makes it easier when doing it and then snip the ties when in. Its very fiddly and greasy but if i can do it any one can ha.
