Reverse gear selection problems

Afternoon all

Right... Fitted a Rancho freeway flyer to my bus can get all forward gears fine but it will not go into reverse. I've fitted all new linkage bushes, a rear coupling and spent 3-4 hours adjusting the shifter which is a CSP which I've had for 4 years. The clutch is working fine but it will not go in reverse.

Now hot, sweaty and fed up so any advice would be welcome :? :roll:

Have you tried fitting a standard gear stick, I'm having a similar issue at the moment, works fine on a standard shifter, but not with my empi shifter.
