ive been to the garage and there was a abit of a knockin noise from my van wen i wen over a bump ive been told that a stronger strut will be the thing i need to do as its got standard shocks on and as my van is low its sitting on its bump stops so the man at the garage said some kyb shocks :?:
please help

Gas shocks will make the suspension firmer and limit bump travel but it wont alter the ride height. If your van is sitting on the bump stops when it is stationary then you need to either remove the bump stops (fronts), or cut them down (rears).
