So, have had the whole of the front of the van resprayed, new panel etc etc. The screws I specifically bought for the front grill have scraped the sides of the fins in the air vent, causing tiny rust spots so needs touching up. Are there any other stainless screws that have a slightly smaller head to fit through he gaps? Cheers!

Just kampers sell the right screws for the grill mate i had the same problem.

If they are stainless, put them into the chuck of your drill and turn the heads down a bit by rubbing the sides of the screw on a metal file held in a vice... Done this before works well!

Thank you for your replies! On a similar note, I need to take the grill off as it’s sitting proud of the front. Not sure if the plastic mesh behind is too thick, was a decent schofields one.
