Skeg Vegas or bust........

So Thursday we left to collect Baz's Adventurwagon from sunny Cornwall where it has spent some time having some work done by the VW Wizard Evil Ben.














Not a VW But never the less cool as ****!!!!! 8)














The weather was shat and with a few things that needed tinkering we decided it best to leave the next morning for Skeg....














With the engine and suspension running super sweet even the crappy traffic wasn't going to stop us!













Stopped half way to chill and look over the Bus which ran like a dream.




















Then back up to Birmingham, down to Northamptonshire and back upto Skeg vegas arriving at about 2-3am........ Sweet.





































































































Cool Trip, thanks again to Ben for his hopitality. 8) And Stu for sorting tickets and meeting us....... and persuading the security to let us in at 2-3am!!!!! :lol: 8)

Epic trip and was glad you guys made it!
14hrs driving a freshly commissioned bus is no mean feat Baz and Paul at least your bus was packed up ready to go when you reached it after traveling from Cornwall :msn4:
My pleasure to let you guys in at 0300 Sat morn in the driving rain and wind! The security guys weren't too grumpy :lol:

Was an ace weekend and one of our favourite shows of the whole year!
I can feel an EarlyBay club camping area coming for next years Skeg!

We loved Skeg, such a great show and you guys are so committed making that trip. That said it is well worth it due to the appeal of the show.
