Sliding door will not lock

I am having issues where I cannot get sliding door to lock it aha it's ok but you cannot pull handle up to lock with key or from inside.

It's garage but will lead to issue when I go out and about..

I am guessing it can only be that the doors not locking around the back guide pin bit don't know it's name or front catch is in the wrong place

Any help would be great.. I have a spare bit that holds handle and clips but is slightly different to the one on my door.

Maybe it just's the cable need adjusting behind the panel?

I have put a nut behind the front catch put the catch closer to the door and away from the b post. Seems to have worked
