Starting problems

Not my bus but my cousins ...
Had starter problems ,so new Bosch starter fitted ,new ignition switch as well .......was running ok till weekend then had to be recovered ,aa man told him its prob the coil because it was still hot after about an hour and no spark ,replaced coil and put new 009 dizzy in but when ignition is turned there is just a buzzing coming from some where .....no click at the starter so running out of ideas ....only thing now we was thinking of replacing the 5mm wire from coil to fuse board .....helpppp lol

Is the buzzing coming from the starter area, if so it's the solenoid.

It's a new stater and solenoid .....seems weird was running and starting fine then he said it cut out and had to have it recovered

What condition is all the wiring and terminations in on the bus?
All well and good replacing components but if the connections to them are poor they wont function as they should
Sounds like its multimeter time and start checking for voltage at the starter, coil, solenoid etc and see what is happening

Ye he's changed all the end connectors ,earth strap from batt and gearbox one .....I think your right meter time
