I really hadn’t thought of that, the fact that peeps regularly pop over to tell me about their sister’s neighbours uncles brothers van years ago,,..

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,come back normality

TBH I’m glad for the rest from listening to ***** about four bolts and a Porsche motor

If the bus can get you from A to B, C or a bit further. Then on arrival all you need is a view, an opening sliding door, a fold up picnic chair, coffee or tea........and an Aaaaahhhh. Perfick. Cheers guys.

So Wales still in lockdown. I had to go to work the other day To do some checks so decided to pull the van out of its winter storage and bring it home. Felt a bit awkward, I live near Swansea and work in Cardiff. Driving a camper west down the M4 just didn’t feel right. Any way 48 miles didn’t miss a beat. Booked in for MOT on Tuesday, checked belts and lights. Headlight out. Luckily I found the earth fault pretty quickly so that’s done. Adjust handbrake tomorrow and it will hopefully fly through.

Edit: So campsite have messaged to they have gotten ahead of themselves, earliest they'll be ready to "safely open and satisfy government requirements'" is now 17th- So I booked that weekend, just means I'll have time to give the old girl a good fettle and waxing

Bean back at work for the past 3 weeks and its all a bit weird! and crazy busy but only 5 of us back at the moment and for the forseeable but will bring peeps back as soon as we can.

Glad everyone is staying safe and well. The bus was out yesterday for a cruise about and an icecream, started like a charm and glad that i spent most of lockdown cleaning and sorting her out :) looking forward to camping SOOOOOOOOONNNN!

Managed to put in about 100 miles yesterday running various errands that required something bigger than the daily drive. A lovely feeling to be out and about in it, and even in the blazing temperatures we had, it was a very enjoyable drive with no mishaps.

Must admit, I was a bit twitchy on the motorway by myself - I really did not fancy breaking down and then having to sit in the sun waiting for recovery... I’m not of the right complexion to enjoy 30 degree heat [emoji23]
