A collegue just had his spleen out and was touch and go for a few days, nasty thing to go wrong....
Anyway back on topic, i got his add pulled pending a resolution.
To be honest this is black and white, the product was sold not as described, we all know he knows it, but that impossible to prove. He was pretty quick to get back to me when i emailed him (mins) about questions while buying, funny how now its taken 3 days to respond to the resolution in paypal.
You can escalate the complaint to a 'claim' via paypal, but you must do this within 20 days of notifying paypal about the problem, so getting your money back might take a month but 60 quid is better in my pocket than some scammer.
I'd say stick to JK wheels if you want to be sure you know what your getting. I'm sitting with a wheel and a late column that cost me £30 :roll: .

you can escallate it direct to paypal at that point they retrieve the funds and hold them till a resolution has been found..... I believe its 90 days from payment...believe me the ebay route is balls the paypal route works usually a response within a day or two of them realising the funds have been withdrawn....

yup, Araon your right and ebay now make you go the paypal route if you payed that way, theyve cut it to 45 days from the purchase and then 20 days to resolve, and you must escalate the resolution to a claim within that period or lose it
its a sweet wheel i guess they just tooled it up wrong before checking it fits anything. it would make a nice ornament though
