Whats a good paint to use on your tins ? Does It have to be heat proof to a certain degree ?

I used the cheap Aldi brand metal paint, did the doghouse dark green to match the bus, the rest black.

Been on their a year and around 2k miles and still looks good

Did you blast the tins, because I'm bored to death sanding them !!

Get them blasted, or soak in thinner. Then get them powder coated. Job done.

Took mine to a local place and they shot blast them and done the 20 parts or so. I can't remember if it was stove enamelling or powder coated, tell them what it's for and they will choose what's best.
