Parked Boris in the garage last weekend after going out for the day , all was well.
Not touched for a week.
Jump in this morning and the oil light is not coming on.??????????????
Nothing has been touched wiring wise , the only thing that has been done between then and now is the tappets.
New cork gaskets installed. (Don't bother with the silicone ones they still leak).

Nothing else touched. Checked all fuses are fine. Supply to coil fine.
As I have a Berg Save My Bug dip stick I tried pushing it round to see if the light would flicker when earthed
however no such luck.
Went out for a short drive , safe in the knowledge that I have another temp and pressure gauge as backup.
All performed well. No problems and no overheating.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated.
