I used one of the suspension leaves from the opposite end of the beam and gently tapped against the race working my way around it. I wouldn’t recommend doing it if you are planning on reusing the bearing, but I’m assuming you’re removing because you’re replacing.

The proper way would be a slide hammer, but still need some way of getting behind the bearing to draw it out.

I’m Lucky enough to have access to a blind bearing puller At work, I assume your replacing them so just carefully Split & fold them inwards with small but sharp chisel. When fitting the the new bearings put them in the freezer to a couple hours before hand ;)
