What is the difference between standard thinners and anti bloom thinners ??? :)

Using cellulose :-

The better thinners don't flash off so fast, hence, because they evaporate slower, they don't cool down as fast. It's the sudden cooling that causes bloom, like the condensation on the glass of a cold drink.

Cheaper thinners is fine for primer and undercoat but for top coat it's well worth the extra for the better thinners. An additional benefit of slower thinners is that there is more self levelling of the paint and, well applied, it can give a good "straight from the gun" finish.
