Selling due to a T5 I've always liked becoming available, if the T5 sells this will no longer be for sale.

As most of you know this is one one of the earliest bays known (Build Date 21/08/1967) and has all it's correct 1 year only parts. Paint is 90% original and only welding it's ever required are new battery tray and cab floor.

I purchased this as stock bus but since owning it has had extensive modifications and brake overhaul at T2D & Ballsd..
T2d link pin narrowed beam & dropped spindles.
T2d rear adjustable spring plates
T2d/bilstein shocks all round
Ballsd tubs and chassis notch front and rear.

Original Engine has been stripped and rebuilt and now is a 1641 with original/rebuilt solex carb, starts on the button and runs perfectly. Gearbox is original for early bay and is perfect..

Interior (rear) is a very rare original Devon Sunlander setup (supplied by T2d) with everything working as it should, it seats up to 5 people in rear and turns into a double bed and also dining area. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (double bed for adults, hammock in cab area for 1 child and rear above engine for small child). All the door cards and front bench have be retrimned in blue leather and are in mint condition. Can carry 6 people with seatbelts, gene berg shifter..

There's loads more but this gives you an idea
