If you're quick you don't lose too much fuel  Have a containter underneath and everything else replaced and connected then with the jubilee clip on the new hose pull the old one off, finger over the end of the outlet and quickly swap over.

Or run the fuel down, cut the hose and empty into a jerry can then fill up once replaced.
