Paul and Spik e, I have a 70 Westy in the US for sale. It runs and has no rust except for needing the usual battery tray patch only. Bus is red. Needs a few things and paint is well worn. sorry sold

1971 Californian Westy poptop, fresh paint in the USA, not your typical USA paint job, all windows and roof removed before re-paint (it is common for USA buses to be masked up and repainted)

Due to an un-helpfull seller the bus is arriving unfinished, but will be going to a proper VW workshop to have the doors & windows fitted up, and MOT'd, price depend on how much or little you want done to the bus.

Being fitted with genuine VW screen, Original VW door scapers, German cab door seals.

Has a good roof canvas and re-retrimmed cab seats, has Westy interior, the sink unit is not present.

1600cc twinport type 1 motor.

Ideal first bus or perfect for a hire bus.

e-mail for pictures, as the seller was unhelpfull I only have three pictures of the bus, but will be able to see it early next week to take better,clearer pictures for anyone intrested.
