what sort of towbar are you after? got one on my 70 westy . attaches to the underside of the bumper brackets with a small box section spacer between them this is attached to the towball bracket that comes from underneath in the center and follows the contours of the bumper till its clear. with the ball hitch at level . hope this is all clear as it doesnt sound at all confusing does it ?

hijunglemod yep you confused the hell out of me just looking for a towbar for an early seem to see lots of late ones but wont fit early would like a westfalia one that replaces existing brackets but not available much but cant tow my eriba till i gets one
