I believe that the switch is common across a few applications- HRW for example- so you could buy one of these and a fit a new insert: http://www.bus-ok.de/Type2-bay-fog-light-insert which shows the other bits you need at the bottom of the screen OK 25 euros for an insert is pretty rich but it's probably specially made....
