No - Devon Conversions specified deluxe bays without the belt line trim and usually without the chrome badge.
 
Lots of wear on the steering wheel and around the ignition switch suggests that the mileage might not be all it is cracked up to be.

It's still a lovely example of an early Devon though, IMHO. :D
