Westfalia paulchen bike rack

I've got a westie paulchen rack in my shed. does anyone else have one ?
I'm trying to find out how it attaches to a bay at the bottom

it's like this one. Think it may be for a t25.
I can't offer it up to my van because my vans away on it's holidays.
