Westy upper rear shelf

I've now got hold of a rear upper ceiling shelf from a member of this forum (cheers Chris), but as he told me its from a tin top and therefore i'll be cutting it down to fit my poptop.

So before i do, is there anyone who has the shallow poptop type and needs the deeper tintop shelf instead, i'd rather swap it so two of us benefit than modify it if possible.

I notice there has been two interior's come up on ebay recently the newest one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180320947453 is a poptop version, so if someone here buy's it and wants to swap rear shelves, please contact me.

It says that came from a LHD but the sink unit looks wrong. Arent the upper shelves the same depth on tin tops and pop tops. They are wider on non wardrobe models (ie full width bed)

Yes it looks like the spice rack is on the wrong side for LHD.

As for the rear shelf, the poptop's were made from sunroof van's and the steel box that the sliding roof would have retracted into is still present meaning the roof line is shallower compared to that of a tintop, see this thread for more info:

Yes its the '70 model year onwards sink unit

I was meaning its not LHD or if it is the spice racks on the rong side. Didnt some 68s also come with the steel top to the sink unit.
