what sort of insulation HELP FELLA'S

Hi I am new to the forum I have just stripped a wooden roof out my 1964 sundial and am going to replace with plywood panels. I need to know what insulation is best to use in the roof please and also best insulation to use on panel sections and best place to buy from any advice welcome sylviasundial x

Ive used noisekiller eggbox on the roof and 25mm armaflex sheets inside
