Hello people.

I'm on the the hunt for a new wiring loom for my 1970 LHD bus. My question is where is the best place to get a new loom? I've seen lots for sale but where have people gotten there's from. Have you had any problems with it?

Thanks.

Rapid fit looms...... Don't touch them!!! Their not rapid fit at all! Took me 2 weeks to get mine working.

I made my own loom up using wire and conduit from http://www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk/

Made up a factory loom, but with a few extra wires for tacho, oil temp sender and stuff like that - worked out at half the price of any of the 'built' looms, and only took me a couple of hours to lay out on the decking and pull through the van :)

Just fitted mine which Ron made up for me, no problem at all. He'll add or modify as well so you can have extra's added while you're at it ! ;)

Micky Sam - how much did you pay for your wiring loom and how long did it take to arrive?

Matty - What gauge wire did you use for your home made solution?
