wont indicate left

please help i cant get my 71 bay to indicate left
i have measured the voltage coming out of the stalk as 12v both when indicating leftand right ..but only the right one will set the relay(new) working
have swopped left and right wires over under dash and still the same have also used different hazard switch..getting frustrated now
what doi do next....?

any voltage on the wires to the bulbs? trace backwards to under the dash there a couple of blocks under there which with four wires check the contunity , also check the fuse box for power when indicator engaged (working one first then other ) check contunity from fuse boxz to them blocks

yeah thats all good... funny thing is when i indicate right both green dash indicators flash...?

Have you removed the cover off the indicator at the front and checked there, the little holders are prone to rusting away.
You've swapped the wires and still cant get the left to work so its not a wiring issue (as both wires work the right)
