You looked at the Syngear Pushrod tubes ?
They are one-piece and can be dismounted without loosen the engine or heads.

only using Dash is the best way to protect the car to burn on the road.
Last year I changed my 2L Type1 from carbs to injection.
Did the same. The whole way from tank to carbs.
Do the save way. ;-)
Noting the flow direction of the oil (head to crankcase), it's always better to let the oil from a smaller diameter into a bigger one.
I use these one piece push rod tubes (but only original distance head to crankcase)...
