The belt looks in good shape, when I de Throttle it Misfires .

Where can I find a Mobil Mechanic to come and have a look at my engine. It's making a Whistling fan belt sound. I've got a type 4 engine, don't want to drive as I might Damage it. I live in Woking Surrey

Drivers seat runners are set at a slight angle , the angle must be very slight .Can you see it in the picture ??
