I check for air leaks with easy start . Spray it on where you think it's sucking air from when it's ticking over if there's revs climb thats your leak . I found a split rubber one the inlet manifold with it .works a treat

could you use threaded bar and a tube nut for adjustment ?

How much are you wanting for them ?

Id be interested if there twin port . Obviously if they're no use to Brad .

I've got the same problem , caused by very short journey to work .my breather pipe blocks up with the sludge and I get an oil leak from the rear pulley . I'm going to make or buy a breather box to try and control the sludge as it's going to happen unless it gets a good long run . I did wonder if...

Full respray , same as last year , the paints had a reaction and is starting to peel off so back it goes for another try ..

I haven't and the vans away getting painted (again) I'll take some when it comes back but last time it was away 4months 😳.

I'm going to fit an AM code beetle gearbox in my late bay van and will need a new release bearing , will a late bay one work or do I need a beetle one ? Also if anyone has any advice on the conversion of would be appreciated . Cam

I've got the 5kw version in my van ,probably overki!! But I can always open a window ! Mine's under the r+r bed with a 5lt r tank ,running on kerosene .
