Red9 wishbone front setup, have you got one fitted?

I want to put this set up on my van but am a little nervous because I have spoken to someone who has had problems with it. He feels that it is a good setup but needs more development to make it as it should be. Simon at red9 told me that he has done about 20 of these now so where are they all...

    Fitting a buzzer to indicator

My indicators don't cancell themselves and this is dangerous as I don't always notice that its still on. I can't be the only one who has this problem. Has anybody fitted a buzzer or other audio signal to warn that the indicator is still on? If so what did you used and how did you fit it...

    EB on fire

Scott, I am interested in your comments about prevention of engine fires. You said about the possition of the fuel filter and also the fuel line from the tank, over the top of the manifold being copper. I'm not sure if I have missunderstood, but my line from the tank is rubber not copper. I...

Just finished my camper interior, hope you like it

I have just finished putting a modified devon interior in to my first camper. It originally had a westfalia interior which didn't work for me. I know you all think I'm mad and that there is a large westy fan club out there but I have always liked the early devon layout. I kept the westy rock and...

urgent help cab full of smoke

I've just had a closer look at the ignition switch and the black wire from the switch that goes to the light switch is burned out along its full length. I have also tested the fan on a socket that is connected through the aux fused box to my leisure battery. Protected by a 7.5 amp fuse and it...

Solex H30/31 PICT carb on my 1600 engine

Just looked at the code on the side of my carb and it reads as above. Googled it and find lots of comments about it being wrong for a 1600 engine. Seems to run OK except for the tickover being a bit fast when hot. I want to rebuild it because it is leaking fuel but don't want to wast my time if...
