Bleeding the system sure can be testing! I have a bleed pipe on the high point of the radiator to assist. I started with the Vauxhall header tank but struggled to get it to work well and ended up with the T25 one and burp tank. Was much happier after that, but I feel I cooked the engine slightly...

I have the JK offering like this (very basic but same idea) and it doesn't interfere with the Bug-Tech shifter I have...the handbrake, however, can be a mare with it unless really well adjusted!! I'd certainly be interested in a better quality version like this one. Cheers Al

my relay was full of water when it did this!! I think the screen seal is leaking very slightly...

It looks like the video is showing how to change from a non-servo setup to a servo'd setup. If you're just replacing an original servo you should only need to adapt the bolt holes to suit ;o) Cheers Al

I was planning the exact same with a D2 heater under the seat up front, but might go for a VVKB one now as cheaper and looks pretty much the same! Thanks for the heads up! Interested to see if anyone has used as well....

prop the clutch pedal up so you're not trying to pull it up while fitting it at the gearbox end

Not sure about prices now as mine was done a few years ago...didn't cost that much back then, but was still going strong when I killed the engine!
