fuel pumps do not make your bus hesistate,the pump fills a chamber and that chamber slowly releases to drive your bus ,if the fuel pump was faulty the bus would break down at 50-60... it`s more likely to be carbe icing [although the warmess of your engine bay would say no]or your ignition...

If you boots are split replace them , it is easy ... If the driveshafts are used and you put them on although they look good they might not be ,better the devil you know... ;)

unless it is a automatic gearbox box ,one will be bigger than the other...

Take it somewhere else for the mot , that is quite odd ,the tester must have a axe to grind ,I challenge anyone to move that seatbelt mount...if it was a singlecab that section would not be there.. ;) It`s only a ten minute job at a garage to weld a patch...

20 hours , I can do all three sills both sides and maybe both rear arches and battery tray while juggling 3 lemons.. 8)

"RINGER" :lol: yes mate in France everyone has the numberplate to say where you are from ,I bought it from region 85 and had to register it to my region 17 ,hence the different numberplate and would I change a pair of rusty wipers over.. :? yes tezzah it was lovely ,but still maybe 5 hours...

He has a good point , I used to change front axles for £150 ,full brake system the same ,imagine all the grief someone would have doing them tasks for the first time.. Brake light bulb changed 10p... :lol:

I don`t want to be a party pooper but the front beam looks bad ,someone has welded straps to the centre steering knuckle ,not the best solution and the insides of the beam are quite rusty.... Still good value for a project...

anti roll bars make the steering less all over the place ,I also like them bearing in mind you only have one grub bolt holding the trailing arm in... :? Yes , historic vehicle status...
