Mines an April 71 and has late bay ones. The latest 71 I have ever seen with the one year ones was a Feb 71, so I am going to stick my neck out and say yours were originally late bay ones like mine.

I still have the hardboard "underlay" that Trikky mentioned. "Vynolay" Lino - from my 71 Dormy. I have seen this on 2 other very original Dormys which the owners thought was original though none of my VW Dormobile brochures show it - they all seem to show carpet which is how most folks spec'd...

"Jute cord" type carpet in gold or burgundy or there was an option of having lino which was white with flecks of gold and black on it (like mine). I will stick some pics up later when I get back from work.
