genny bushes worn but not 'expired'! I am pretty certain that genny is providing power, else the battery wouldnt even temporarily charge up, ie push start when nearly flat, drive for 20 minutes, starts ten minutes later, drive for 20 minutes but wait a few hours and battery wont turn over...
