If I remember I think I carefully bent the by hand (steady as she goes) and just a few drops of hot glue from the gun on the inside, I thought the quality was somewhat questionable tbh, but ''they are what they are''. Hope that helps a tad, Liam

Just done a Scooby and freeway flier combo in mine, what can I say? it does what it says on the tin. The engine feels 'modern'.. if that makes sense, already this year I'm beyond my usual mileage.. living in the midlands we do have to put the miles in to reach the coast and decent weather...

well for me it was; reliability, economy, substantial power increase and never having to worry about overheating sat on the m25 or f**k about with carbs and points etc again.. plug and play really, get in and go. I didn't buy an "air cooled vw" I bought a camper and whatever means I can go...
