    I think if the mot is pre booked and you are insured you are allowed to drive it to the mot station for the test 8) saves having to sort a flat bed 8)

    It isn't a lot really, the insulation is cut so it sits in the recess/corrugated part of the floor, then the ply is on top sat on the higher bit of the floor all the way around and the threshold of the sliding door, You can get ply big enough to do it in one piece, but you have to buy it in...

    Made a start on moving the filter so I can fit the oil cooler and sandwich plate :mrgreen: Just got to get the hose man to make me some hoses up now 8)

    Just layed on top of the dash,quite handy as I can slide my mobile under it to hold it in one place when I'm driving ;) you're right the vents are screwed over the top, the original screws are long enough :mrgreen:

    Closed cell insulation, then 9mm ply with 6mm glued onto that to stagger the joints in the wood, then topped off with mad mats, but if I was to do the tiles again I would go karndean it's top notch stuff 8) :mrgreen:

    Got snowed off and my new eezibleed turned up today so .... Removed the little ball bearings from the mc so the new brake disks don't bind.. And then bled up..... No hiccups and got brakes so it must be my day :lol: Next job look at fitting the sandwich plate and oil cooler 8)
