Not sure if it’s what you’re after but I assume that you will be fitting the gauge in the cab rather than the engine bay ? I fitted an auto meter gauge which cane with the sender and then a t-piece so that I could retain the original dummy light too

Has anyone fitted one of these tachos from Just Kampers to their bay and was it straightforward? I’ve just fitted one today and the holes in the securing ring were way off the holes in the back of the dash instead meant cluster. This meant that I had to open up both holes in the securing ring...

That sounds like the little spring has broken on the latch itself. You can replace them but fiddly

I have a US ‘71 Westy and needs for take a look at one of the rear arches as it’s bubbling. If, when I take this back, I need to purchase a repair panel could you tell me if it’s the earlier panel or the later panel that I need (these seem to be listed >70 or 72>) Many Thanks

The plastic knob is missing from the catch if that makes sense

The black knob is missing off the catch on my rear quarterlight in my 71 Westy. Can anyone tell me if these are the same as the catches for the front windows and also if these can be replaced in situ or do I have to remove the full side window and quarterlight?

Got my ‘71 spindles from Transporterhause

I’m running transporterhaus spindles on my 71. They give a 3.5” drop but I did have to upgrade to Gaz shocks too.

As said above, if it’s a drive away you should be able to slide a pole into the bit that attaches to your bus. Place this in the gutter and then fasten using the clamps available from the likes of JK

Not sure what you mean by bracket ? Is it the oil bath itself or the stand that it sits on ?

I run a Berg Lee and it’s spot on, best shifters in my opinion. I was running an empi trigger before this and also had one in my previous bay and they do improve shifting. Have you done your bushes , coupler too as this definately helps.

Daft question but can you not take it off the curtains or are you making your own from scratch ?
