Does anybody know about blanking off the air bleed tubes next to the mixture screws on a Weber IDF?

By how much does the shaft (on the right hand of the base of the fan housing as you look at it) rotate when the thermostat has expanded and opened the cooling flaps? Quarter of a turn, less, or more?

In the process of sorting the van I changed the angle of the outlet on the Huco electric fuel pump. I have now noticed a slight weep of fuel. anyone had experience of adjusting the outlets? Or got the instructions? Cant' find mine and haven't found much via Google.

I hardly listen to the stereo fitted in my Bay so took the Alpine CD player out and have bought a retro Sony tape deck. Unfortunately the replacement stereo is just slightly smaller than DIN, and my dash has been cut to allow a DIN sized radio. Any ideas how to get around this?
