How many distributor shims AND cooling flap c clips

Last little jobs on the new engine build and I want to install the distributor drive shaft.
Heritage says I need 2 x 0.6mm shims
CoolAir says I need 3 x 0.6mm shims

What size are the c clips needed to hold the linkage on the flaps in the fan housing? Looks around 4mm inside dia to me

Ordered 2 shims and got some 4mm e-clips that went on just the job.
