Was savanna beige and white roof. I´d like to keep it OG, but there are so many savanna beige buses around and my wife (and me too) like something more colourful. I prefer all kinds of blue and green, she likes grey and brown in all variations.

Don´t know the height of my garage yet (will measure tomorrow). But the tin top bay fitted in without engine and og height.

Ok, i was a little absent for weeks. Had to work a lot and did not quite manage to work on my EB. But had some progress and will post some pics next weekend. I´ve nearly done all the sanding and have to argue with my wife what colour to choose for the paintjob. Now that is the point where all...

Time to introduce My 69 EB. It came from California. Had nearly no rust but an accident at the front. Work is in progress but i´m sure to hit the road soon. This is how it started. Some first results. More soon.

Fleet? I wish it would be like that. Unfortunately i had to sell the beetle and even the 2 Late Bays. Now it´s only the EB. But i´m so happy with it cause for me it´s the car i always wanted. I like it even more than a splitty.

I´m from Altwarmbüchen. That´s nearly a part of Hannover. Did you ever visit Hannover on 1st of may? There´s a nice event called Maikäfertreffen.

... to all. Finally with help from Johnny i managed to join you. I´m Alex from Hanover and after i was owning a 61 Beetle and 2 Late bays i own a 69 EB. It came from California and was brought home last year. Plans for it: Original paint, Deluxe Trim and low as possible. Cheers Alex
