I had no problems with mine took pics of everything totally stripped the old out cleaned everything up,new in. can’t see any reason why you need grease just take your time 1 Headlight / front indicators loom 2.Main loom 3.Brake loom 4.reverse light last

Put a full panel back in Don’t waste your time patching will cost more !! Had mine cut out put in rail back on all in adays work but we’ll worth it 👍🏻

Hi Did this myself last year on my 71 Westy I made changed the wiring slightly so the brake lights were on there own circuit really easy to do. And made my own indicator circuit had to buy 10 metres of wire this one was a little complicated as I had to separate it from the brake circuit...

Hi Mate Thanks for your reply with regards to going into 30A this is a 71 US Westy Spade No 30 on the the Hazard switch goes straight into 30A top spade on the fuse box 👍🏻 Fuse 8 from L to R Do you think it could be the relay switch no obvious shorts anywhere 🤔🤔

Ok 71 Westy every time I turn indicator on blows 8A fuse Every time I turn Hazards on blows 30A fuse Had full rewite last year worked fine till the other day any ideas ? Thanks
