i fitted a new alterntor while doing my resto but as with most the aftermarket crap we are sold its packed up so needs to go back, i am running a 32/36 webber and for the life of me i cant get the bloody carb and manifold of to get to the four bolts that hold the alternator to the fan houesing...

going to cut the table for the bus weekend ,what do you guys use to hold table up. its got to be removable as i want to be able to store it under top locker and it will have to drop down to form bed the same as devons ,i have never seen what they fitted

just starting engine rebuild and upgradeing to an alternator but was shocked :shock: at the socket size needed to get the fan off ,any ideas what size socket this is so i ca purchase one :)
