Ok , i thought id change the oil in me bus over the weekend , so i took the cover plate off , expecting to find the strainer , and there is not one in there !!! , the PO must have stripped the thread on one of the holes , and has put a bolt inside the case , with a two way tab washer bent...

Hi mate, i had the same predicament when i wanted to get my wheels powder coated, so i bought a set of five , got the tyres swapped to them and then got mine powder coated , then swapped the tyres back to the newly powder coated ones when they were done , im the same and use my bus everyday...

Ive got a locking fuel cap that the wife bought me from jk , its brand new with x2 keys , ive never had it out of the packet , i like me original vw stamped non locking cap to much and have a lock on the lid so selling this one , £10 posted cheers
